Fleischmann Reintroduces the Combating
Terrorist Recruitment Act
Washington, D.C.— Today Congressman Chuck Fleischmann (R-TN) reintroduced, The Combating Terrorist Recruitment Act. Last Congress this critical legislation passed the U.S. House of Representatives twice, with overwhelming bipartisan support.
Fleischmann’s bill requires the Department of Homeland Security to utilize testimonials from former extremists and defectors to counter-message propaganda used in recruitment efforts of terrorist groups like ISIS.

Congressman Chuck Fleischmann (R-TN) retained his three critical subcommittees: Labor, Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, and Energy and Water—where he serves in the important capacity of Vice Chairman.
Fleischmann Reintroduces Bonuses for Cost-Cutters Act
Washington, D.C.— Congressman Chuck Fleischmann last night reintroduced the Employees Bonuses for Cost-Cutters Act. The bill creates incentives for federal agencies to find areas of savings and requires those savings to be used to pay down the national debt.
