Tours and Tickets

All tickets are provided to constituents on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the large number of visitors, please request them as early as possible in order to maximize your chances. For information on sightseeing and attractions, please visit the Washington, DC Tourism Information page.

For those interested in touring the White House:
• Tours of the White House are self-guided tours of the East Wing.
• The White House allows tours Tuesday-Saturday but tour availability is subject to change.
• Please fill out White House tour request form three-four months in advance of your target date.
• The White House receives thousands of tour requests each year, and filling out the request form as early as possible is critical.

Tour Notes:

The FBI only permits US Citizens or US Green Card holders access to The FBI Experience. There is a minimum of 21 days’ notice required in order to book this tour. The FBI requires the full name, date of birth (DOB), social security number (excluding minors), and citizenship classification of every tour member in order to conduct a background check.

White House tours may be submitted up to 6 months in advance, but no later than 3 weeks before the requested tour date.
Each person in your tour party must submit security information to the White House via a link they provide.

Requested Tours

Please choose three dates everyone in your party is available to tour the White House. Tours are available Tuesday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and Friday and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The tours are self-guided.

White House tours may be submitted up to 6 months in advance, but no later than 3 weeks before the requested tour date.

What are these options?

Constituents who are hard of hearing or use a video phone have the option to choose TDD or VP based on the type of device they are using. This allows our office to respond to them accordingly. The default option "Voice" is a standard audible telephone.
