Today, U.S. Representative Chuck Fleischmann (TN-03) voted to pass H.R. 9106, the Enhanced Presidential Security Act of 2024, which directs the United States Secret Service (USSS) to use the same uniform standards to determine the number of agents and resources in a protection detail for Presidents, Vice Presidents, and major Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates. As the current Republican nominee for President of the United States, this essential legislation would increase protection for former President Donald Trump.

Board of Education.

The committee passed Chairman Fleischmann’s FY25 Energy and Water bill, a critical next step before the full House can vote to enact Chairman Fleischmann’s Energy and Water bill into law.
