Duncan, Jr. (R-Tenn.), Stephen Fincher (R-Tenn.), Chuck Fleischmann (R-Tenn.) and Phil Roe (R-Tenn.) introduced a bill to name the new Nashville federal courthouse in honor of former U.S. Sen.

U.S. Sens. Mark Warner (D-VA) and Rand Paul (R-KY) applauded the U.S. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee for passing U.S. Rep. Chuck Fleischmann's (R-TN) H.R. 2532, the Bonuses for Cost-Cutters Act.

Once the cleanup is complete, U.S. Rep. Chuck Fleischmann said the former K-25 site will be a hot commodity as it transitions into a private-sector industrial complex.
