CHATTANOOGA, TN — Congressman Chuck Fleischmann (TN-03) applauded news that the Baylor School will serve as a COVID-19 testing site. Last week, Fleischmann sent a letter to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration urging them to approve a waiver for the Baylor School to conduct testing.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman Chuck Fleischmann (R-TN-03), Senator Lamar Alexander (R-TN), and Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) applauded an announcement by McKee Foods that they will be investing more than $500 million in capital projects in Collegedale, Tennessee. McKee Foods expects to create 480 new jobs over the course of the entire project.

Any serious conversation about the future of America's energy production must include nuclear energy, which accounts for 20 percent of all American energy production and 55 percent of American carbon-free-energy production.

CHATTANOOGA, TN — Congressman Chuck Fleischmann (TN-03) released the following statement after the Department of Housing and Urban Development announced that they will be awarding Oak Ridge a $236,872 dollar Community Development Block Grant and awarding Chattanooga a $1,596,240 Community Development Block Grant and a $847,236 Home program grant:
