CHATTANOOGA, TN — Congressman Chuck Fleischmann (TN-03) released the following statement after touring the Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy and Redbank High School to view the implementation of computer science literacy programs. Upon conclusion of the tours, the Congressman held a roundtable with local leaders and industry representatives to discuss plans for future STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) initiatives.

Prospective students, parents, and guidance counselors will all have the opportunity to meet with representatives from the U.S. Air Force, Military, Naval, Merchant Marine, and Coast Guard Academies.
