CHATTANOOGA, TN – Congressman Chuck Fleischmann (TN-03) released the following statement to invite all East Tennesseans to attend his 2019 Military Academy Service Day on Saturday, April 13, 2019:

"Since first entering Congress, I have been inspired by the young men and women yearning to serve our great nation through our military academies. These distinguished institutions prepare our young people to become our nation's finest leaders and protectors. My military academy service day presents an opportunity for East Tennesseans to speak with representatives from all five military service academies, have their questions answered, and learn from the patriots who have dutifully served our nation. We are the land of the free thanks to the courage of the brave and I hope that all interested in military service will attend tomorrow's event."

WHEN: Saturday, April 13, 2019 10:00AM – 11:30AM

WHERE: University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, University Center Auditorium, Chattanooga, TN

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Students, parents, teachers, and principals are all welcome to attend. Representatives from the United States Air Force Academy, United States Military Academy (West Point), United States Naval Academy, United States Merchant Marine Academy, and United States Coast Guard Academy will be in attendance.
