Fleischmann Applauds Decision to Allow the Baylor School to be Approved COVID-19 Testing Site

CHATTANOOGA, TN — Congressman Chuck Fleischmann (TN-03) applauded news that the Baylor School will serve as a COVID-19 testing site. Last week, Fleischmann sent a letter to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration urging them to approve a waiver for the Baylor School to conduct testing.

"I am proud to have advocated for the Baylor School as they sought to become a local testing site for COVID-19," Rep. Chuck Fleischmann said. "The important work being done by Baylor School researchers will be crucial in keeping the people of East Tennessee safe. We remain united in the fight to combat the spread of COVID-19."
