Chuck Fleischmann celebrates America’s birthday
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Chuck Fleischmann commented on the July 4th holiday and celebrating America’s independence.
“July 4th is one of my favorite holidays. It is a time to celebrate our freedom, our heritage and the brave men and women who have made it all possible. It is a time for all of us to be reminded of what a great nation we live in; where anybody with an idea and determination can make it, where we can freely express our thoughts and opinions and where we can provide a light to the dark corners of this earth that do not know freedom,” Fleischmann said.
“I am looking forward to celebrating at a number of events, with people from all over East Tennessee, as we come together as ‘one nation, under God’. God bless America, and God bless our troops.”
