Last week President Obama delivered his State of the Union address to the nation. I was pleased with the president’s tone throughout his speech and his praise for the critical energy mission that is ongoing at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Unfortunately, most of his speech was much of the same rhetoric and failed promises we have heard before.
